Full renovation project of the whole house. On the second floor the kitchen area is increased, the staircase is redesigned to join it with the living room and the fireplace is renovated. It also creates a suite bedroom and an office. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with spa space. Outside, a large porch with a chillout area is designed and, on the facade, the corridor is eliminated to gain surface in the interior and a porch is designed with a large Cortijo-type door that gives character to the house.
